Parent Association

The Parent Association (Friends of Llangelynnin) is a vital part of our school community, bringing together parents, teachers, and staff to support the educational experience of our students. The Friends organise a range of events and fundraising activities throughout the year, which help raise valuable funds to enhance the school environment and provide resources for our students. They also offer an opportunity for parents to get involved, share ideas, socialise and have a positive impact on school life. We encourage all parents and guardians to join the Friends and contribute to making our school a better place for everyone.

What have the Friends contributed recently?

• Paid for Tom Gwynedd (Outdoor Education Officer) to come to school and run outdoor activity and team building exercises for all classes.

• Contributed £9 per child for the school Panto so that the cost was £10 a child.

• Bought new helmets for the younger pupils to go on their balance bikes in the outdoor area.

• Paid for mp3 players that will be used to help pupils focus on tasks / help pupils with emotional needs keep calm in difficult situations.
